Place flowers in primary fermenter
Boil water and pour over flowers. Let steep for 48 hours (no longer or wine will be bitter) covered tightly. Remove flowers with a stainless steel sieve and disgard.
Add sugar and orange juice. Adjust specific gravity to 1.090.
Rehydrate and pitch yeast.
Cover tightly and in seven days rack into secondary fermenter. Install a fermentation lock.
In three months rack into a secondary fermenter. Install fermentation lock.
In three months rack into a secondary fermenter. Install fermentation lock.
In three to five months bottle.
